Want to Photograph Warblers in Minnesota?

Golden-winged Warbler

 

June is a magical time for songbird photography in northern Minnesota.  I am looking for one or two photographers to join me to photograph species like Ovenbird, Northern Waterthrush, Golden-winged Warbler, Black-and-white Warbler, Tennessee Warbler, Nashville Warbler, Connecticut Warbler, Mourning Warbler, American Redstart, Northern Parula, Magnolia Warbler, Blackburnian Warbler, Yellow Warbler, Chestnut-sided Warbler, Palm Warbler, Yellow-rumped Warbler, Black-throated Green Warbler, Canada Warbler.  Other species of interest in the area include Rose-breasted Grosbeak, Scarlet Tanager, Scarlet Tanager, Baltimore Oriole, Bobolink, Le Conte’s Sparrow, Golden-crowned Kinglet, Boreal Chickadee, Canada Jay, Least Flycatcher, Alder Flycatcher, Yellow-bellied Flycatcher, Black-backed Woodpecker, American Woodcock, Wilson’s Snipe, Black-billed Cuckoo and Ruffed Grouse.  We may even get lucky and find a Great Gray or Northern Hawk Owl.

 

For $1500 You can join.  This includes, ground transportation from and to the MSP airport, lodging and guiding.  You will be responsible for your food and flight to MSP.  If you are two, sharing a room the cost is $1250/person.  We will start at 1pm at MSP and conclude early on the morning of June 6 at MSP.
